Dear Mr. Gallagher:

I want to write you concerning Mr. Greg Mitri.  I am a psychotherapist with over 37 years of experience in the field.  I am highly credentialed and have been a professor at several colleges and universities.  Throughout the past two months, I had been trying to return the many calls and efforts which Mr. Mitri made on my behalf to get a hold of me despite my erratic and busy schedule.  He knew that I wanted to join Therapists.Net and he persisted above and beyond the “call of duty” to make this possible for me.  Not only did I finally return a call of his at a time when he could speak to me, but after explaining my needs, Mr. Mitri led me by the hand through the maze of computer complexities and forms which, I admit, are not part of my expertise.  I was delighted.  Mr. Mitri made the process effortless, helped me transfer descriptions of my work and upload a suitable photo.  He spent nearly 45 minutes with me on the phone to make my personal site colorful, well presented, accurate and attractive.

Without Mr. Mitri’s concern for me as a customer (a single customer in a sea of customers with which your company deals), I would not be a happy member of Therapists.Net today.  I seldom write letters of accolade for anyone, my time being as taken as it is, but I had to give time to write about Mr. Mitri.  Your company should be proud to have such a dedicated, hard-working, concerned, socially affable, intelligent man as Mr. Mitri and I hope you and your company are keeping an eye on him for any possible promotions in whose path he might be for your consideration.

If this were a letter of recommendation (with which I have a greater familiarity in writing), I would have to say that I unequivocally recommend Mr. Greg Mitri for a significant, people-contact position in your company.  Of course, he already has that position, so I can only say that in the future, the only person with whom I would want to work - in terms of my site - is Mr. Mitri.  I am impressed with him beyond my wildest expectations.

Thank you for providing the Therapists.Net site for our businesses as psychotherapists and thank you for having hired Mr. Greg Mitri in the first place.
